Hi All,
i am trying to generate PDF using save as PDF control, where i am suppose to show an image , but in the pdf i am getting an empty box. i am using the picture control.
I updated serializeResources to True and then warmUpPDFCall to True as shown is other answer but issue is still the same.
Could anyone please help me out ?

This sounds like it may be a potential issue with the K2 Product. Have you tried opening a support ticket to have someone look into this for you?
