I have a change event on a course number change. Is it possible to modify the rules to bypass this?

I have multiple terms and courses.

We are trying to display a row from a list view, but when the change in term happens, the change event fires, and it has clear rules within it, that clear out data.

 

Is it possible to check a form state, or a parameter, or something where I can add this condition to the change rule to not execute the clear event?

 

I am trying to take a list view and redisplay the form that was entered.

    You can add advanced rule and defined a parameter and validate the values upon change event fires.
