I'm thinking of getting a Keychron K2 v2. I have 2 computers I'd want to connect it to: a Macbook (for work) and a Chromebook (for personal use).
Does anyone have experience using the K2 (or other Keychron) with multiple operating systems? I just want to make sure this isn't going to be a pain before I buy.

You are on the wrong forum. You should go to Keychron's Help Center if you need help checking if the Keychron K2 keyboard works with both of your computer.
