Hello everyone,

Is there anyway to make a User Task High priority?

Thank you,

Paul

Hi Pob,

Currently it is not possible to set the importance/priority level on Task notifications. You may wish to log this as a feature enhancement request in our Ideas Forum: https://ideas.k2.com

Hello,

To make a User Task a "high" priority; all you have to do is click the highlighted option (see image).

From there just change the priority level to "high".

Thanks!

I tested this today and it didn't work as expected. What I am looking for is for the email to be set as High Priority. This did not happen.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this will work for you. Perhaps the Task step can setup with Remainders as a possible workaround.
