How do I export a workflow to pdf, image or word format for review by business and the auditors.

I have tried zooming out with the complex workflows but then I cannot read any of the commentary which will not add any value.

This feature is currently not available. Screenshots can be an option but I know that is tedious. Please vote for the zooming out feature here https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/430063-5-nintex-workflow-cloud/suggestions/44216280-zoom-out

and for the exporting to pdf here https://nintex.uservoice.com/forums/218291-3-nintex-workflow-for-office-365/suggestions/9748275-export-to-pdf-graphical

Hi, I know the problem when you want to have a whole workflow on paper.
In the past in K2 blackpearl, where the workflows were in Silverlight, I used to print to an XPS file (virtual printer usually included in Windows installation), where I set some maximum paper size in properties and bitmaps to lossless PNG format.
I then converted the resulting XPS file to a high resolution PNG using the opensource utility xps2img, and then cropped the result in any bitmap editor.
I haven't tried it again, but maybe this method will work for print workflow in K2 Five as well.
