While I was trying to upload a file on a view, I experienced this error:
"Exception has been thrown by the target of an Invocation. Cannot find column 5."

The error seems to indicate some validation errors. Maybe you can test the direct form/view under Capital Expenditure tab, this will help to narrow the issue.
