Hi All,

I am getting below error while refreshing sharepoint instance. This was working fine and suddenly started giving error. I am able to browse the sharepoint list using browser with the same service account, but not through K2 Smartobject service tester tool.

Hi @pnelli,

I recommend that you try restarting the K2 Server in Services, if that doesnt fix the issue then perhaps have a look at this article. Hope this helps :)

Kind Regards

Hi @pnelli,

That is weird, I tried to do more research but couldnt find anything. I recommend opening a support ticket.

Kind Regards

Hi Prineel,

I had opened a support ticket, surprisingly i am not getting this issue when Fiddler is running. When i close fiddler, issue is coming. Probably some port issue.

Thanks,

Pradeep

Hi Pradeep,

Perhaps, the fiddler issue is related to this.
