Not able to create Designer workflow. An error throws while creating workflow "something went wrong from our end, and workflow designer needs to close. Please try your action again. If the problem persist, Contact administrator.". I checked the error console in chrome browser. it was showing "--SignalR-- create new model error. Login failed for user 'k2pool'". Can any one support me please.

There seem to be a login failure under this account ADRPBFk2pool, I'm guessing it's an issue with the underline Smartforms or .NET4 app pool account of K2 site in IIS, maybe the IIS log will help you to pinpoint the issue.
I couldn't see any errors logged in IIS Log. and there is no entry with "k2pool" in iis Log. I have issue only with Workflow. Also it says to install Silverlight while trying to edit an existing workflow.
