I am trying to find a way to end a process/workflow instance on form level. Similar to the "Go To Activity" feature in Management, I have a requirement for this to be done on form level. My scenario is, when I press a button, the instance will go to the "End" Activity. Any ideas on how this can be achieved?

Perhaps, you can use the Activity system SmartObject to achieve this via GoTo Activity method (System > Management > Workflows > SmartObjects > Activity). The SmartObject will probably need Admin Server Rights in the Management site.
I tried this and it works for admin users but for normal users I had to give them admin right on workflow.
Is there any other way to accomplish without giving full admin rights to Workflow to initiators of the workflow?
