Deploy K2 Package and Deployment Error from K2 V5.5 (PRD server to DEV server)

I am unable to deploy the system from K2 V5.5 (PRD server to DEV server). Deploy K2 Package and Deployment Error  as shown in the attached image. Please help me.

    First things to check: are you using the latest version of P&D that came with 5.5?  Are both your prod server and dev server on the same update of 5.5?
