In K2 Five, I can't seem to find where to configure the slot to allow only one among mulitiple destination users to open the task. Can you help please?

I understand that there is no slot for K2 FIVE, you have to use Custom - Edit Voting Rule on Task Result Rule tab. it working like a slot, see how to use this option on link below.
