CIPC new e-services for new company registrations

Does anyone know what this message means:

"SmartObject property sUserName is a required property for selected method Read. Value must be set." and how do I take it out, am unable to continue with my company registration.

    It appears that a SmartObject call is missing a UserName parameter. This is a very common error when a SmartObject call is missing a required parameter. Are you able to open the K2 SmartForm in Designer and debug the Form rules?
