Another admin user created two Categories at the root level. I can see them and their contents in Management but in the Designer explorer I do not see them. Is this due to security settings on the folder? We tried changing that but could not get the folders to display. Oddly the view I was looking for was available via the search even though it doesn't display in the explorer.
