User getting this pop-up box on a form but is unable to press the X on the top right to close, if they refresh the page, they will lose the data on the form.
What to do? Also, where does the icon in the centre come from?

What is the user doing that causes this popup to appear? Are you able to reproduce this issue yourself?

The user clicks a button on the main form that brings up this pop up. From here they should be able to select a file for attaching. But i’ve not seen this happen before. The pop-up looks unusual and you cant close it either. I tried and was unable to reproduce it. The concern is the pop up wont close, if the user refreshes, all data entered on main form will be lost.
So this behavior is specific to one user’s machine, as far as you can tell? Are they using an unusual browser or have some extra security in place that is perhaps blocking some scripting?

it looks like a parameter on your sub view is receiving a value that exceeds its allowed limit. if that’s the case, try to pass the value to a control on the sub view instead of a parameter
