Authorization Of Form In The Menue

It's possible to restirct users on a form from editing it, but hiding it would require the use of a control that has administartive rights to the form. (e.g) Inputting text in a text variable that has validation of a password and once approved takes you the form. I also recommend that you familiarize yourself more with the authoization framework.

To restrict certain people from accessing and or editing can be done under the iis as it's shown on the attached screenshot.
