Hi,
That KB exists if you are distributing apps to your employees via a MDM. Check with your K2 rep on how you can obtain the Workspace APK files.
i logged into my portal, and was able to download the apk file.
the KB says to rename to zip and extract, then modify properties file
there is no properties file
