Are you running K2 Setup through the network?

Please copy the K2 Setup files to the local machine first, for example in C:\Temp, and then UNBLOCK the file before extracting it, otherwise you will get the “Mark Of The Web” issue where Windows blocks sensitive files - more info here - https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-windows-blocked-access-file
