Outside of the reports available on K2 Management and K2 Workspace, how can we get the date and time when a workflow instance moved to a step?
Solution
You can use reporting SmartObjects like the 'Activity Instance' and 'Event Instance' SmartObjects to retrieve this information. These can be found under the Workflow Reports\Workflow General category.
