Issue Description

When opening a ViewFlow link, an error page will occur intermittently

Error Message:

The following error page occurs:
“You don’t have permission to view this page”

Resolution

The fix is available in:

• K2 Five (5.5) March 2022 Cumulative Update Fix Pack 33.
• K2 Five (5.6) Fix Pack 33.
• Nintex Automation (5.7) Fix Pack 14.
• Nintex Automation K2 (5.8) Fix Pack 01.

1. Ensure you have installed the correct K2 version and/or Cumulative update. See KB001893 to see what Fix Pack level you have installed.
2. Download the latest Fix Pack using the links above for the required version.
3. Install the Fix Pack to apply the fix.
