Foxtrot Legacy v12.2.4 emulator selection not saved in NON-PERSISTENT mode on Windows 11 operating system,

Foxtrot Legacy v12.2.4 emulator selection in PREFERENCES not saved in NON-PERSISTENT mode in Windows 11 operating system after a machine workstation re-boot or re-start. We checked C:\ProgramData\Foxtrot Suite\FTSessionControl.CFG file but found no settings to default emulator selection in PREFERENCES-DEFAULT USER display. We checked REGISTRY SETTINGS for HKEY_CURRENT_USER and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE but did not find any FOXTROT SUITE settings. We check C:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\ and C:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ but did not find any FOXTROT SUITE settings. However, we do observe the emulator selection in PREFERENCES is retained as long as the user does not logoff or reboot or re-start the machine workstation. Does this mean the settings are set and stored in Foxtrot ADMINISTRATOR? If so, what do we need to do on Foxtrot ADMINISTRATOR to fix this issue?
