To have external connection working, Follow below steps:
- Turn on External Settings from Nintex Administration
- Turn on all Nintex Actions
- Perform IISRESET for immediate availability of actions in workflow.
- Make sure that you have root site collection created in web application
- Now you are able to have DocuSign Connection
