Upload .Js script reference file to K2 cloud server

I have a JavaScript library file (.js).I wants to use this reference in all forms.Is there a way to upload the file to K2 cloud server ,So we can use that reference in all forms. It is larger file so I can’t add the script to database to refer. Please suggest

How to Set variable value in running workflow process instance on Cloud

I have some workflow running instances and somehow variable declared inside workflow doesn't set value.I want to set variable value so that particular instance not stuck during execution. Is there any way to set variable value without effecting running instance?

How to manage environments on K2 Cloud (dev, staging, production...) ?

Hi,Caution ! This is a newbie question.One of my customers has developed its solution using his unique K2 Cloud environment.Now he wants to implement new features on this solution without impacting the production solution (he needs Dev and/or Staging environment(s)).What is the recommended approach to achieve this using K2 Cloud ?Is there an out-of-the-box feature allowing us to push new features from a staging environment to the production one (keeping environments in sync) ? How to provision a new environment ? What are the licensing/pricing consequences ?Could you give me links to resources on this if they exist, please ?Thank you.

K2 Cloud Workflow Start event - when workflow is in error

Hello Team , We are facing an issue with workflow new start event which is ‘Starts when any workflow Errors’ .We are using K2 cloud and had setup this condition on one of the workflow to maintain error logging.The issue is sometimes this event stop working suddenly with no error.Does anyone face the same issue or any workaround highly appreciated . Thank You ,Ruchi

Adding SharePoint integration to existing K2 Cloud application

Our current K2 Cloud applications use the K2 Box api which has been troublesome, to say the least, and is being depreciated at the end of the year. We are preparing to replace this with SharePoint integration. Below is our developer’s question:In our K2 Cloud environment (with the belief that it was not an upgraded environment and was created as a fresh environment in the start), the SharePoint library smart object created on a SP library will be available for use in a normal workflow (which is not created on the SP list/library) by default, if not how to get that to be available there ?

Success with Forms Built on SharePoint Lists (O365) with K2 Cloud?

How many of you have been successful with building K2 forms based on SharePoint Lists (O365) with K2 Cloud? The performance of pulling up data for forms has been slow and its been recommended we don't take this approach and instead store data in SQL or a SmartBox.

Update Workflow Data Fields form SmartForm (K2 Cloud)

I'm trying to update some workflow data fields with values from a SmartForm, without actioning the workflow task.Is there a SmartObject I can use for jsut that simple update? I was hoping for something easier than building a call to the REST API. Thanks.

Export to excel from list view with large set of columns K2 Cloud

Hi All, K2 Cloud implementation  I am looking for solution to handle export to excel with large set of columns from list view. E.g. I have list view and currently displaying 5 columns in listview. Export to excel is working fine with those  5 columns and 5 more hidden column on list, So in excel i am getting total 10 columns. Now requirement is chnaged and i want to export all 80 column from SQL table to excel. How to handle this scenario in List view(5 column display in list view as previous and when export, i want 80 columns in excel).

Shared OOF task in to K2 cloud

Hello, I am using task smo to create a custom worklist into k2 cloud now challenge we are seeing that OOF shared task doesn't appear into task smo. So custom worklist can't see the task into worklist but same time worklist form control works fine.  any idea how we can get the shared task into custom worklist together with other tasks.

serviceObject definition does not contain method in K2 cloud

i have moved packaged from dev env. to QA env. during deployment i found missing service instance reference. i mapped new service instance which pointing to new QA sql and deployed package. it was successfully deployed. but now smo's are not executing on QA env. and getting below error "serviceObject definition does not contain method" All sp, tables are available in QA.  Could you please help me to solve issue.

Connecting an On-Premises platform to K2 Cloud using a TLS API Call over the internet

Hello,  We have received an inquiry about connecting an on premises (UiPath Orchestrator) to K2 Cloud using a TLS API call over the internet.  1. Is this possible?2. K2 Cloud to SQL Connection

We are working on the best option for connecting K2 Cloud to an premise SQL server or potentially Azure SQL server .  At a high-level, we are designing a process for the client that will engage an OCR reader to extract data from an invoice then a bot verifies the information on the invoice is correct and approves and pays invoice if correct.  If it is not correct, the bot will toss an exception to K2 with data from the invoice along with a pdf copy for a manager to update information or approve the invoice.  We are now looking to leverage an intermediary SQL database where UiPath can enter the data for the exception and then K2 can read the details from there for the manager to update or approve. We need K2 assistance with determining the best approach for connectivity to the intermediary SQL database.  Below are my thoughts/questions on our options for connecting K2. On-premise SQL connectivity options:SDA – additional license fee; we would like to avoid this option if possible Site t

Workflow error in K2 Cloud

My workflow starts when the edit form is opened. When I submit the form it works correctly and sends an email notification to a Manager. The Manager gets the notification and can then approve the form ok. However the workflow then goes into error. I cannot tell why it is failing. The error message in K2 management in dev just provides the following information. There is no fields mentioned. How can I find out further information to tell where the issue is? When I look at the flow for the process it highlights one of the workflow steps but I cannot see anything wrong with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Service: company_com___sites___documentset_devSeverity: ErrorError Message: One or more field types are not installed properly.
