Timeout errors on ProcessOverview

PRODUCTIssue
The following timeout error appears, when clicking on the Process Overview:
"An error occurred while loading the report. Timeout expired.
The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
Symptoms
The time it takes for the process overview page to open is about 02:13.
After adjusting the service broker command timeout, as well as as the timeout under App settings to 120 seconds, the process overview opens.
The timeout errors were no longer showing after extending the timeouts on the K2hostserver.exe.config
Resolution
The issue was resolved by updating the statistics/indexes on the K2 database.
