Smart forms Client Event missing from K2 Studio
IssueThis issue is caused due to incorrect installation steps taken.
The Component is missing from K2 Studio > Event Wizard and cannot be accessed.
To resolve this issue, please complete the following steps:
- Perform a K2 Database Backup. (In this case the customer was on K2 4.7 (4.16060.2000.2))
- Install the Update manager of K2 4.7 (4.16060.2000.3) .
- Test with K2 Studio and if the Smartforms Event is still not present. Rerun the K2 Smartforms Installer again and select modify option on the installer.
- Remove the Smarforms Process overview component and reinstall it again.
