Issue

The user clicks on the Viewflow button in the Management Site (Process Instances) and is navigated to an incorrect Viewflow URL: e.g. Incorrect: https://k2server/Viewflow/Viewflow.aspx?ProcessID=1 Correct: https://k2.development.com/Viewflow/Viewflow/aspx?ProcessID=1

Symptoms

It was discovered that the Management Site uses the ‘Web Service URL SSL’ field from the Environment Library regardless if this field was set to default or not.

Resolution

Update the ‘Web Service URL SSL’ environment field to the correct URL to resolve the issue. A new bug has been logged and has been assigned to our development team.
