Issue
After upgrading to K2 4.7, you might notice duplicate entries in your [Identity].[Identity] table.Symptoms
The duplicates are of type 1, 2 and 3 - but they are not enabled. This may occur for the majority of the active users.Resolution
This is a known issue in K2 4.7. This issue has been resolved in the February 2017 Cumulative Update. However, we recommend you upgrade to the latest K2 update.
The old duplicate entries will not be removed with the update, but they will not have an impact on your system and new duplicate entries will not be created.
