Issue Description

When designing a K2 workflow in SharePoint and selecting the option to start the workflow with a SharePoint event, executing that SharePoint event does not start the workflow. This only occurs when a SharePoint List or Library contains a column of type Multiple lines of text and this column is populated with a large string value.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
  2. Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP9 from Regional Support.
  4. Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP9 to apply the fix.
