Issue Description
The DAC Transaction feature has a rollback option in case a problem occurs on a transaction, enabling a rollback of the transaction. A rollback can cause the K2 Server to stop unexpectedly at times.
Error Message
No specific error message. The K2 Server will be in stopped state.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP5 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP5 to apply the fix.
