Issue Description
When attempting to create a package using K2 Package and Deployment, clicking the Select All button to add all the items to the package results in an exception.
Error Message
The error message states: “System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'SourceCode.ComponentModel.Model' to type 'SourceCode.ComponentModel.TypedItemRefBase'”
Cause
When the Select All option is used, the Additional Items (Uncategorized) node was incorrectly added to the package.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP10 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP10 to apply the fix.
