Our environment is K2 version: 4.7 (4.16)
Workspace -> Management Console -> Workflow Server -> Processes -> Project -> Instances
In the workspace window, how would I configure the process instances so that someone is notified vi aemail if an error occurs?

There is a tool called "K2 Process Error Notification Service" available on the community that you can consider using. You may download the tool from here:
