I read on the community that I needed to start the service but when attempting to start I received Error 1067: Windows could not start K2 Blackpearl Server on Local Computer. I used the terminal and netstat -o to ensure no services were running on ports 5555 or 5252. 

 

Have had this problem before, usually fixes itself when left alone.

Please help, I do not know how to move forward.

    GM23,

     This means that Blackpearl server is not running in the host environment. If this is a dev environment you should be able to start it manually. If this is a production environment and you cannot start the service then a reboot might be required. This should resolve your issue.
