1Please try extending the "Commandtimeout" on the k2hostserver.exe.config


Default timeout setting is 6030 s. This can be extended.


Please try making changes to that and then see if you get the same issue.


 


Change WCF timeout by using the SmartObject Service tester, edit the WCF Endpoint service instance
