I have prepared a development server and configured properly can able to access the forms locally and also i can able to login to k2 mobile & k2 workspace mobile but unable to open the forms.

1. Are you getting any sort of error when opening the form? Would you be able to share some screenshots? 


2. Are you able to access the task item URL from your device's native browser?

To add to lkimberly's message - have you configured your forms to be Application Forms?
