when we try to delete any workflow instance in Management Console, we are getting following error for any of the existing versions/workflows

 

ERROR : The item name must be unique. 'ID' exists in the collection

 

Please advice

Please open the SmartObject Tester Tool and expand SmartObject Expolrer then expan All Smartobjects.


Do you see the same error when you expand All smartobject category?


 


 


I am able to identify the SMO which has caused this problem through SQL custom script. Even in tester utility i see the same error for that SMO, as preventive action deleted the SMO and restarted K2 service which resolved the problem. Thanks
