My workflow has a "Delete Minor Versions" SMO call. Input parameter to SMO is file name. This was working fine till now. We have loaded additional 1000 documents this weekened. Number of documents in library went over the default number of items limit on default view. It seems "Delete Minor Versions" SMO uses default view in the backend so now SMO is failing due to large number of items. We have temporarily increased the limit on view in SP but was wondering is there another way to handle it in K2 rather than increasing item threshold at SP level.
