Hi,

I'm using the PDF Converter to capture a form, but i've just noticed that the radio list buttons are not showing on the PDF, why?

If choices are made using the Radio buttons, the choices need to be captured on the PDF, but all that is captured is the Radio button text, not the radio buttons and associated choice.

Any ideas?

Hi,

May I know which method are you executing to generate the PDF? Did you provide values to the other non-required input properties? Please try providing a value for the URL Base. In this case, it would be your Smartforms Runtime URL. If your form is running in https://k2.denallix.com/Runtime/Runtime/TestForm, use https://k2.denallix.com/Runtime/Runtime as the URL base. I tested on my end and providing a value for it allowed me to view the radio/checkbox buttons I have configured on my form.

I would also recommend using the SaveAsPDF control should you want to capture the current state of the form at the point it was executed.

Mmm... got any screenshots?

Also, does it happen on all themes?

Here you go:

It was all working fine with when i was on Feb 2017 CU (these are pics from the PDFs produced by the SAVE AS PDF Method)

Nothing has been changed on the forms, everything was working on Feb 2017 CU, now ALL forms which save as PDF no longer display the Radio buttons when i updated to March 2018 CU...

This is on live environment, so need a solution asap.

The same issue occurs using SAVE PDF and SAVE PDF Async Methods

Input is:

Append Date No

Clean Iframes YES

File Name MyForm

Page Size A4

Other input settings untouched

Thanks,

Could you leave "Clean IFrames" blank and see if it makes a difference? If you are using the Save As PDF control, do not put a check mark on it.
