Does an average user need a license to simply fill out or respond to a SmartForm, or is the license only required for approvers? Thanks.

The users does not need a license to reply or fill out a Smartform. They will be able to access the smartform from the Runtime URL as long as they have the correct permissions and can access the Smartform. Let me know if this helps.

I don't think this is right. A user didn't have license, as soon as he opened form using runtime URL, license got assigned. Is this how it's supposed to be?
