Hi,

When using SAVE AS PDF Control, the rendered PDF is coming out in certain parts (Text box) overlapping itslelf.

Anyone know why its happening and how to fix it?

The text box has lots of text in it, but why is the PDF overlapping some lines?

See attachment

Hi Elvis

My issue is occuring on K2 v4.7

Secondly, the fix you mention in 5.2 Fix Pack is a different issue: https://help.k2.com/kb003080 which is to do with page break PDFs, my issue is text overlapping in the document, not on page breaks

Good day Sharpharp1

There's already a solution for this issue, please visit the below link:

Should this be of help to your issue please mark it as a kudo or solution

Thank you

Kind regards

Thabang

Hi Thabang,

That is a different issue, that was related to the PDF cutting off due to using TEXT BOXES, there was no overlapping of text and was solved with using hidden data labels.

The issue with this tciket is TEXT AREAS which are being saved as PDF with overlapping of text

Hi Sharpharp1

This issue has been resolved before by installing latest version on Fix packs of k2 4.7 from this sites

https://help.k2.com/kb002282#FP42 even though it does not talk about the text overlapping, Fix Packs are build on top of each other so is always recomended to install latest fix packs and if the issue is not resolve you log a ticket or community users.
