Mising Reference when deploying K2 5.1

Please below information with regard to the error you getting.

Issue Description


When deploying a package via K2 Package and Deployment, multiple reference errors occur and the missing references cannot be resolved.


Error Message


Multiple missing reference errors occur.


 Resolution



  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.

  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 from Regional Support.

  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 to apply the fix.

  4. The missing reference errors can now be resolved.


Please log a support ticket to request the fix pack.

Thanks, I recently installed 5.1 then run the again the Package and Deployment from server V5.0 then deploy the package to v5.1
