Folder C:Users{K2 service account}AppDataLocalTemp has grown to 13GB. Files in folder look like temp cache files. Can these files be deleted periodically?

Yes, you should be able to clear out these files without causing issues. If any files are still in use, they should throw an error when you try to delete them.

I would recommend moving this logging/temp to a different location (different drive) before deleting it.
