I am running stress tests over REST webservices made upon SQL based smartobjects. Auth is Basic.
4 cores result in 40 tps only.
What are the means to make it faster?

It may be best to have a look at the network speed also as this could affect how fast the smart objects are executed as well especially if your SQL box is on a different server to the K2 server.
Other modfications can be made to increase the smart object timeout which could speed how fast the smart objects are executed as well, but this will have to be done by logging a ticket via our Portal.k2.com, an engineer will be able to help assist better here.
