We intergrate with exchange online and found error as beow; https://outlook.office.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx

"SourceCode.Workflow.Common.EWS: Autodiscover not available and mail cannot be sent. Reconfigure K2 server with valid Exchange settings."

 

But we can retry in error list and can be send email,

If not, I would suggest logging a support ticket! 


If connectionstring incorrect why can be retry an email and send out.

This has to do with office365’s full implementation of TLS 1.2 and some other things.

I use windows server 2012 for K2.


Thank you very much, I had change tls1.2 and update dotnet framework to 4.8
