K2 producton deployed workflow fails with "The file exist" error

Hi ,

 

We have 7-8 K2 workflows running on load balanced k2 servers. It was running fine but now we started getting the below error with several workflow faiures.

 

Error","General","28083","ExtenderExecuteError","ProcessInstance.HandleException","28083 ServerEvent: Message: The file exist

 

and then the Win.IO stacktrace login

 Workflow item remvData: Status: Error at the C:/users/userid/temp/extendedprojects/WinCS - 9927736638292020202 at stsud.cs

    Hi Manish,

     

    We too have faced this situation recently. We couldnt identify the root cause and we raised a k2 support ticket. K2 are still investigating issue. I'll update this post once i hear any thing from k2.

     

    Mean while you redploy the workflows and you should see the workflows running as before.
