K2 on serveur 2012 R2 windows update

I have apply security patchs for windows and service k2 blackpearl not running.

So i have restore server.

Could you tell me what is the process to apply patch (security update) on serveur 2012 R2 x64.

versio of k2 blackpearl is 4.16

It sounds like a .net 4.7.1 issue. Is the server running 4.6.11?. If this is the case, then i would recommend logging a support case to get the fix.

it s possible to patch server with security microsoft update but without .net framework

Hi,

.NetFramework 4.7.1 is part of the MS updates. I'm not sure if there is a way that you can remove it without uninstalling those MS KBs.

Please log a support case and request the coldfix per KB142446.
