Hi,
Here're a few things to check:
1. Try opening your forms in your mobile device's browser. Are you able to open them? If not, it usually means your mobile device is unable to reach your IIS server that is hosting your K2 services
2. Try opening the autodiscover link in your mobile device's browser: <url to your K2 site>/autodiscover/autodiscover. For example, if you access your workspace using https://k2.denallix.com/workspace, then the autodiscover url is https://k2.denallix.com/autodiscover/autodiscover. Make sure you have a default Web Service URL value in there.
3. If the above works, go to your IIS, select the K2Api application, select Authentication, and try only enabling Anonymous Authentication. Perform a IISRESET, then test out your K2 Mobile app again.
Hello boringNerd (Cool name Btw)
Thanks for the fast reply.
I tried what you told me and it didn't work.
I told the support team my issue and they're working on that.
I'll post the results.
Regards.
Did K2 ever resolve this issue for you? I'm experiencing the same errors for a handful of users (regardless of what device they use).
Thanks!
Hello rvfrye
Actually yes.
I had 2 problems.
The first one was that the users weren't able to see the forms on the app, so I had to move the Forms to a system folder in order to display them in the app.
The second is that I needed to use the Azure credentials instead of the Domain.
What is your problem exactly?
Regards!
