When I refresh K2 management, it shows a pop up message saying 'object reference not set to an instance of an object' . The page is blank. Has anyone encountered this issue?

it might be worth to drop into developer view (F12) and see if you can see what is causing the error by looking at the Console and Network traffic.
Otherwise, you can also log a support ticket.
