We purchased K2 three years back and our vendor was responsible for this, now we need to setup all enviroment here in our own office, I'd like to know from where we can get setup for insalltion, and do we need to provide machine name as well.

You can download installation files for all K2 products from https://portal.k2.com/downloads/bp(Which will be accessible only if you have access to customer portal). After installation, you are required to enter key which you can generate from K2 https://portal.k2.com/licensekey/Default.aspx page.
