I create a Form specific to send it to the Printer.
I noticed
Top Left: Form Name
Top Right: Page 1 of 2...
Bottom Left: URL Runtime
Bottom Right : Date
I wonder if there is a way to remove or customize the Print Options to remove or modify those values ???

Are you perhaps referring to these settings, if so it may be a function of the browser's Print function. It looks like toggling the 'Headers and Footers' option may hide this.
You may be able to only control "Title" part:
