I don't think changing ports would help.
I would try reducing the amount of states as 16 seems really excessive and can potentially adversely affect the performance of the form since states inherit existing rules from the base state.
To test out that theory you may want to do a Save As of the form and then start removing the states to see if the crash goes away. Potentially you may have to reconfigure some of the rules that were only applied at the state level.
If that didn't help I'd then look at the 10 views and see if maybe I could separate some of them out to subforms or such so that they aren't loaded with the inital form.
