How to insert hyper link inside a Rich Text control? I tried CTRL+K but it is not working.

Hi,
For me CTRL+K is not working for inserting hyperlink. When I select a text and press CTRL+K, the text gets deleted and pop to insert hyler link never appears. I have tested this in IE 11
